Fresh storytelling with the polish and creative vision that take your podcast from an idea to an asset.
A podcast company for businesses who need more than a podcast.
Plenty of companies can help you produce a podcast. Webster Pond is for leaders and organizations ready to treat their podcast as a business asset, not just a marketing checkbox.
Our team comes from network television, nationally syndicated radio, live music, talent management, and some of the biggest stages in entertainment. They're environments where you learn quickly that attention is earned, reputations matter, details are prioritized, and there's rarely room for a second take.
We bring that experience to every client we work with.
We don't walk in with a formula and ask you to fit into it.
We listen. We learn your business. We understand what you want to say, who you need to reach, and how you want people to feel when they encounter your brand. Then we help you turn those ideas into content people want to spend time with.
Behind the scenes, we're thinking about everything else: the strategy, the audience, the guest experience, the details you shouldn't have to worry about, and how each piece of content can work harder for your business.
Meet The Team
Jeff Dauler
He knows how to earn an audience. And what to do once you have one.
Callie Dauler
She’s already thinking about the thing you haven’t thought of yet.
For more than 25 years, Jeff Dauler has built content people choose to spend their time with.
He spent the first chapter of his career in radio, helping grow shows to #1 in both ratings and revenue across multiple markets. As one of Atlanta’s most recognized radio personalities, Jeff learned something that still shapes his work today: great content and great business aren’t competing goals. When you understand your audience, the two can fuel each other.
He proved it again when he moved into podcasting in 2019. His first show debuted at #1 on Podcast Magazine’s chart and immediately sold out its advertising inventory.
Jeff’s real value isn’t a chart position or a ratings book, it’s his instinct for why people keep listening.
He’s developed that instinct behind a radio microphone, in podcast studios, performing for crowds of more than 40,000 as the Atlanta Braves’ in-game emcee, and touring as a stand-up comic alongside performers including Jeff Foxworthy, Joel McHale, and Lace Larrabee.
Today, he brings all of it to Webster Pond.
Jeff works closely with clients to uncover what makes them interesting, translate their expertise into content people genuinely want to hear, and help them become more confident and compelling behind the microphone. Whether he’s shaping a show, coaching an executive, or finding the idea buried inside a conversation, his job is the same: make sure the best parts of what you have to say don’t get lost.
Callie Dauler has spent her career making sure talented people can do their best work without having to worry about everything happening behind the scenes.
Her career began in Nashville with The Recording Academy, the organization behind the Grammy Awards. From there, she joined Red Light Management, home to artists including Dave Matthews Band and Chris Stapleton, eventually handling day-to-day management for Styx, Don Felder of the Eagles, and Robin Meade.
Hundreds of tour dates. Contracts. Logistics. Personalities. Reputations. Financial decisions. Problems that needed to be solved before the person on stage ever knew they existed.
That’s where Callie developed the instinct that still defines how she works today: anticipate what someone needs before they have to ask for it.
Robin Meade experienced that firsthand and, in 2017, brought Callie to HLN, where she managed the countless details behind a live national morning show. When the world shut down in 2020, Callie was one of just three essential employees on set keeping the broadcast running. When HLN aired its final broadcast in December 2022, she was trusted to stay through the very last day and help bring that chapter to a close.
At Webster Pond, that same level of care is now focused on clients.
Callie sees the details, hears the concerns that aren’t always said out loud, and understands how much trust it takes to put your name, voice, and reputation into someone else’s hands. She makes sure clients feel prepared, protected, and taken care of throughout the process, while keeping every moving piece behind their content moving in the right direction.
You may never see half of what Callie does. That’s exactly the point.
